1. The service

AI QC Infrastructure, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("AI QC", "we") provides AI QC Business Verification, CA5FIVE Guardian Shield, TrustLayer and OceanScout (the "Services") through this website and API. By creating an account or using an API key you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for keeping your API key secret and for all use of it. Rotate it from your account page if it is exposed.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Manage billing on your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, paid features pause until it succeeds. Monthly call quotas reset on the first day of each month (UTC).

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to break the law, attack or probe other systems, resell access without a written agreement, or exceed rate limits by automated means.

5. No guarantees

Guardian Shield and TrustLayer produce risk signals to help you decide; they do not guarantee that every scam or fraudulent transaction is caught, and you remain responsible for your decisions. OceanScout forecasts (tides, drift, erosion, fishing) are estimates; always check official marine forecasts, regulations, and conditions before going out. Never rely on any Service in an emergency: call 911.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here. We may suspend accounts that violate them. You may stop using the Services anytime.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
